GBS Online has already enabled nearly 40,000 minds globally in a short span of time, where students across the world can pursue courses of their choice at an affordable cost. Rahul’s team plans to digitize the entire curriculum of GBS by integrating AR and 3D videos with traditional techniques to make the B-School’s Hybrid Delivery Model more immersive and self-paced. Rahul also led the B-School’s transition from issuing physical diplomas to one which is digitized. He has also been instrumental in motivating the faculty to adopt technology as the new medium of imparting knowledge and launched an eLibrary as a part of the B-School’s LMS platform – eGlobsyn. All these transitions were initiated much ahead of the pandemic, which helped GBS adapt to the ‘New Normal’ much faster than many of its contemporaries nationally and globally.
Rahul has been a seed investor and mentor to several startups. Rahul’s investment portfolio includes Atelier M, Inbloom, Vistas Media Capital, and Swan AI Studios. While Inbloom is a vegan supplement company, founded by Kate Hudson in New York, where Rahul is a seed investor; he is one of the larger shareholders in Atelier M, a premium F&B fine dining experience in Dubai. Vistas Media Capital is a Singapore-based entertainment and media company, producing regional content for the Indian market, and Swan AI Studios is an innovative group that discovers, builds, and scales AI-enabled startups. Rahul has been a part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) nationally and regionally, and has set up ALFA Network along with his friends – the largest network of second and third-generation family business owners in India. Rahul is also a member of the Indian Angel Network (IAN) through which he builds his startup investment portfolio in the Indian market.
Rahul believes that together Education and Art have the power to enable amazing young talents, irrespective of their geographical locations, to mainstream their creativity in front of a wider audience.
