Over the years, the opportunity to work closely with social initiatives across India and South Africa has been both a privilege and a blessing. Engaging with communities, understanding their realities, and being able to contribute in even a small way brings a deep sense of purpose that goes beyond any individual effort.
This journey has involved working across areas such as healthcare, education, and wildlife, with a focus on supporting those who are often left at the margins. Initiatives have included working with para-athletes, underprivileged children, the LGBTQ+ community, and specially-abled individuals, often in collaboration with non-profit partners.
The work itself has taken many forms. It has included facilitating vaccinations for underserved communities, supporting access to education, creating awareness around menstrual hygiene across more than 500 villages, and enabling access through sanitary pad vending machines in public spaces. It has also extended to caring for vulnerable wildlife, including abandoned huskies in South Africa and orphaned rhinos and elephants in Kenya.
What stands out through all of this is not just the work, but the opportunity to be part of it. The ability to give, to support, and to contribute is something not everyone has access to, and that in itself is a privilege. It is a reminder that purpose is not something we search for externally, but something we experience through meaningful action.
The broader aspiration remains to continue expanding this impact, reaching more lives with dignity, opportunity, and support, while never losing sight of the simple truth that being able to give is, in itself, a gift.
